Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Fixed Aerosol based Fire Extinguishing system for Equipment Room of (4040(L) x5000(W)x3500(H) mm) having No false ceiling and No False flooring including following major system equipment UL/EN/GOST R53284 listed and in compliance to NFPA 2010/ISO, with upto date amendments and with required fittings and accessories as per technical specification. (A) Suitable nos Electrically operated/actuated Condensed Aerosol generator of suitable capacity of aerosol generating solid compound based on UL/EN/GOST R53284/ISO15779 approved design concentration, Powder-coated MS Body,Stainless Steel Mounting Brackets for Extinguishing generators, applicable for A, B & C class of Fire with Volumetric Design Consideration, Zero Ozone Depletion potential & Zero Global Warming Potential, Negligible Atmospheric LifeTime. (B) Sequential Activator suitable for operate aerosol generators with LED fault indicator. (C) Simulation lamps for testing the signals to the generators. (D) Conventional Agent Release Panel, 4-Zone, LCD display listed to UL/EN and complies with NFPA-72 including battery backup,provision of testing and reseting, gas release indication alarms and system wiring meeting all system requirements etc. complete as required. (E) Conventional type multi criteria (Smoke+heat) detectors UL/EN listed. (F) Manual gas release and gas abort station having manual break glass push button UL/EN listed. (G) Outdoor Flameproof Hooter cum strobe UL/EN listed. (H) Alarm LED signages (DO NOT ENTER & EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY) and Instruction chart. (I) Any other equipments required as per site requirement complete as required. ( Except supply and laying of fire survival cable) (J) Design of complete Fixed Aerosol Fire Extinguishing system shall be duly vetted by the OEM or his authorized dealer. (K) Installation Testing and Commissioning of complete system as per site requirement.
