Work Experience-The bidder must have experience of successfully executed the same nature of work or HT/LT Electricals works at line/Substation work of 100% of estimated cost i.e. Rs. 39.89 Lac from any Govt. department/Govt. Undertaking/SEBs/Power Sector Utilities during last (5) years from the date of publication of tender. and clear mention of agreement number, brief description of work, financial value of the work, date of completion of work and overall quality of work issued from competent authority not less than the rank of Executive Engineer. (Hard copy of the same must be submitted)

Providing & Fixing of Electrical insulating rubber matts as per PWD specification for electrical Works, ISI marked confirming to IS: 15652 / 2006 with one side anti skid abberation marks and pasting the mat with synthetic rubber adhesive as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . 3.3 KV, class A 2 mm thick with proof voltage 10 KV AC (rms) and Break Down Voltage 30 KV AC (rms)

Providing & Fixing of Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty horizontal type Double Door (Metal / Glazed / Acrylic) Distribution board with Metal end box made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet, powder coated conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 / IEC 61439- 1 & 3, complete with 100 amp. insulated copper bus bar/shorting link , brass neutral link with shrouds, brass earth link , door earthing arrangement, color coded interconnecting wire set of minimum 10.0 sqmm size and din bar,masking sheet, making internal DB terminations with copper lugs, Ferrules, detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit with adequate quantity of charcoal and dust and common salt , not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia drawn through GI protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from earth electrode to test point/main DB from mechanical injury or tempering by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I and connected to earthing test point complete including testing, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber precast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar water pipe with wire mesh and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
