Urgent electrical Maintenance work at DYSP Quarters Thiruvalla

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Recessed/surface Down lighter (Round/ square/ Rectangular) SMD with powder-coated pressure Die-cast Aluminium with high-transmission opal PMMA/ polycarbonate/ prismatic diffuser having uniform light distribution and construction as per IS : 10322. The driver rated output wattage should be 10% to 15% higher than lamp rating and efficiency Driver >80%, Operating voltage AC 140-270 Volt, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range 00 to 400 C, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection, THD 10% , PF ≥0.9, IP20, CRI >80, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitary), of minimum 50000 Burning Hours (Life projection shall be calculated as per TM-21 methodology) and 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K / 6000°K /6500°K, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be confirming to relevant BIS standards and trade mark certificate (T.C.). Manufactures Word Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing/ Screen printing on housing Complete in all respect and LED Chips of SMD Low to mid-power, as per requirement (LM-80 tested) and necessary inter-connections with 1.5 sq mm FR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM comprehensive on-site warranty against manufacturing defects including driver and LED module. All test report except L80 should be from 3rd party NABL accredited Lab as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. S/b of earthing rod 20 mm dia x 2.5 m long including G.I. wire 7/16 s.w.g. to connected earth rod & earth clamp on pole 3m long steel conduit carry earth wire along pole comp. in all respect as per direction of E/I (P.S.R.)

Annual Maintenance Contract of Entire Internal and External Electrical Installation work like total distribution point wiring from panel upto each point incl. light, fan fittings and all accessories and also Compound illumination, indoor Sub-station comprising oil/ dry type Transformer, HT Gear & other accessories, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar Box, different cables etc. at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering Collage, Jalpaiguri and in the Premises of Jalpaiguri Government Engineering Collage, Jalpaiguri for Round the clock including Saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays by deputing required number of Skilled Electrician, Semi-Skilled Electrician & Unskilled Helper in different shifts per day as detailed given below- NOTE: 1. Licensed Electrical Supervisor (National or equivalent) should inspect all sites twice in a month and as and when required and directed by EIC. Multiple Logbook for multiple parameters should be recorded daily. All faults should be attended and rectified immediately. Failure of compliance of any condition or irregular supervisor presence will results penal action. 2. Different Electrical Maintenance Equipment such as – PVC tape, tools and tackles, wooden Gutkha, Fust nut, different type and size screw / nut/ bolts, fuse wire, greese, connector etc., different types of measuring instrument like Tong Tester, Multimeter, 1000v Megger, Infrared Thermometer etc. and different types of Register, Log Book and Dress for Workman as per requirement must be supply by the Agency itself as per direction of EIC.
