M&L for earthing (in repairs) complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR parts-I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil , disposal of soil , providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt, construction of PCC earth chamber in mix (1:3:6) type c-1 with 40 mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-J cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wiremesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item Nos. 1.00 to 90.00: (a) The contractor shall provide electricians and helpers for attending day-to-day complaints. The contractor’s electrician and helper shall be available at the complaint cell from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The contractor shall also provide all T&P required for repair/replacement of lights and point wiring on walls and ceilings at any height. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for providing electricians, helpers, T&P, ladders, or any other items required for the repair/replacement of lights and point wiring. (b) The penalty shall be applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed by the Engr-in-Cahrge more than twelve hrs after handing over works of urgent/ routine nature to the contractor. The Engr-in-Charge shall handover the slip containing specification of work to the contractor by lodging the time and signature of contractor shall be obtained on slip. The contractor shall attend the complaint immediately and shall report to Engr-in-Charge with in 12 hrs. (c)The contractor will keep his tradesmen in stand by for attending any routine / urgent works from the executive. If the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within period of 12hrs then the facts shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the working to the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC. (d) If the delay is more then twelve hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 50/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 67 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. (e) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Comprehensive AMC of 150 Ltr water cooler complete in all respect including cost of servicing, Labour and material requirement of upkeep the same in proper running condition upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
