The lift car must feature a minimum clear internal dimension of 1300 mm width by 2400 mm depth to seamlessly accommodate standard hospital beds, stretchers, and critical medical personnel, framed entirely in heavy-gauge Hairline Finish Stainless Steel (Grade 304). Essential healthcare safety integration mandates a full-height multi-beam infrared light curtain for non-contact door protection, a robust automatic battery-operated Emergency Rescue Device (ARD) capable of lowering the cabin to the nearest floor during primary power failures, dedicated priority medical override controls for emergency response, and heavy-duty stainless steel bumper rails integrated at stretcher height to safeguard the car interior against impact. Following successful commissioning and the acquisition of the statutory Lift License from the competent State Inspectorate, the contractor shall enter a mandatory five-year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) phase, bearing absolute responsibility for all operational updates, preventative maintenance regimes, and the free-of-cost replacement of all mechanical and electronic spares. The operational parameters dictate a stringent 98.5% monthly uptime guarantee, backed by a performance-linked penalty of ₹2,000 per day for unresolved breakdowns extending past 24 hours, alongside mandatory emergency response protocols requiring onsite technician deployment within 30 minutes for passenger entrapments and 2 hours for routine technical faults. Payment structures are strictly segmented, provisioning 70% of the build cost upon verified site delivery, 20% upon precision alignment, and the final 10% upon statutory licensing and commissioning, while the operational phase will be remunerated via quarterly AMC disbursements subject to the verification of monthly maintenance logs. Upon conclusion of the five-year operational cycle, a rigorous joint technical audit will be executed to verify structural and mechanical integrity before the formal transfer of the fully optimized, asset-certified lift system to the hospital administration Incuding structural frame work and minor electrical work.
