OD198130/2025-2026Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 10 kVA Online Double Conversion UPS with an inbuilt isolation transformer, having 3-phase input and single-phase output, suitable for continuous and reliable power backup. The system includes 20 Nos of 12V, 60Ah tubular lead-acid batteries configured to provide 1- hour backup . A durable battery stand is included for safe installation. The UPS features advanced protections (overload, short circuit, deep discharge), intelligent battery management, and a user-friendly display panel. Both the UPS and batteries come with a 3-year warranty, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.

Annual Maintenance of all internal and external electrical installation works of staircase, compound/street lights, glow sign board, Electrical panel board, Feeder Pillar box etc incl. day to day operation of pump motor sets & its different valves attached with the pump lines & minor electrical repairing works for pump motor sets everyday including saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays as per attached Terms & condition by deputing 1 no. Skilled Electrician in one shift per day(from 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM) & 1no. Semi-Skilled labour in another 1shift per day (from 6.00 AM to 02.00 PM) for period of 12 (twelve) Months. Daily labour charges for engaging 1 no. Skilled Electrician in one shift per day(from 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM) incl. charges for EPF, EDLI & ESI contribution as per relevant Labour Act/Rules and bonus (as per Payment of Bonus Act'1965).

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
