SUB HEAD 5 -- LAYING OF CABLES Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as per GS. -- [ 2(a)/F-1 ] [ For 2 core 10 Sq mm. ]

Cleaning of indoor equipments including Generator, Turbine, Governor, LT Panels, etc., Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB), Resistance of winch control system, outdoor equipments Power transformer, breaker, bus bar Structures, HT cables, Bushings, Insulators, LT Transformer etc., intake gate area, switch yard equipment, , winch track , penstock pipe line and trolly operation, taking reading all auxiliaries as directed by the shift operator of TNGECL in a shift, Regular maintenance work of 24 V DC signal 600 meter pathway by preventing rust formation, removing wild plants. Dismantling of damaged pulley roller and pre-assembly with rubber buffer and then assembly in winch track over 600 meters path way. Removing & disposing of grasses, bushes inside truck rails and both sides of truck path way over 600 meters and sedimentation of rope greases near/over the pulley, roller areas & preventing stoppage of revolving motion of pulley, rollers. Inspection and Strengthening of rubble stone over 600 meter throughout truck path way to distribute the vibration moments while winch truck is in service condition. Minor regular Maintenance of applying grease both staff truck Penstock Protection Valve (PPV) room and winch premises & loading truck, checking oil level & gear oil level in winch system wherever is necessary. Transport of tools, Loading & Unloading of materials as and when the routine / emergency works are carried out inside the Power House building, switch yard etc.
