29 Confidentiality The Vendor shall hold confidential technical data and information supplied by the Purchaser or on behalf of the Purchaser and shall not reproduce any such technical data or information or divulge the same to any third party without the prior written consent of the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall hold confidential technical data and information supplied by the Vendor or on behalf of the Vendor and shall not reproduce any such technical data or information or divulge the same to any third party without prior written consent of the Vendor except as far as may be necessary for either party to carry out its obligations under this Contract.
