Supply Fabrication and erection of steel structures by welded or bolted in built up /single sections for trusses, lattice beams , purlins, ties, bracings etc for repair/maintenance/petty new works with MS angles, channels, joists, plates etc including all cost and conveyance of all materials, loading & unloading charges, all labour charges, cost of consumables, applying one coat of marine primer , hire charges for tools and plants, providing temporary support for adjoining structures, dismantling and removing damaged structures etc complete as per standard specification. ( MS items Visaku, Jindal,sale , Tata or equivalent make with ISI mark)

Handling, transportation, surface treatment, preparation of drawings, fabrication, forming, and erection of supports/structural members/top cover plates made from AISI 304L stainless steel plates supplied by the Department as Free Issue Material (FIM), in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications. The item rate includes Collection of Stainless Steel 304L quality 3 mm to 6mm thick plates/sheets from stores, Forming/Fabrication/Drilling of holes of stainless steel plates/angles of various sizes as required, Fabrication and erection of plates and angles as per approved drawings and welding using GTAW process with argon gas for shielding using ER 308L filler wire, followed by site installation for closing of trench as per approved procedure and drawing. All the weld joints shall be subjected to LPE on roots & final pass as per approved procedure, all the plates and angles shall be subjected to surface treatment and local passivation as per approved procedure prior to erection at site.

Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating and delivery of fabricated and painted Structural Steel at BPCL, Kochi Refinery at Kochi, Kerala for bolted and/ or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS of Grade E350BR / E350B0 (conforming to IS:2062) , including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and/ or plates/ bent plates in all types of structural frameworks, floor beams, stairs, or any other structural items or accessories to support equipments, piping, conveyor galleries, towers, masts, etc., but excluding silos, bunkers, hoppers, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, (including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding and plugging any open ends & holes of box sections), finishing edges by grinding, preparing the surface for painting (SSPC-SP-10) and applying pre-erection/ shop primer (1 coat of F-9 @ 65-75 micron DFT) as per EIL Specification No. 6-79-0020 (or as per Job Specification, wherever applicable) after fabrication etc., all complete. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIAL IN CONTRACTOR'S SCOPE.
