MS or iron in plain work such as fabrication of MS gate/grill wrought to required shape including welding grinding as required for completion of work

Supply and fabrication of MS/RTS for all RCC items including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Dismantling of suction pipeline 300mm of unit no I and unit II only vertical lengths and footvalves 300mm of both the units at LIS Trewa for cleaning of tank and extraction out of the footvalves covered by silt by the respective counterpart i.e the civil department . Cleaning to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no I by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Providing new leather washer, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Repair to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no II by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Reassembling of the 2No MS pipe peices of each unit with the help of the chain pulley block, new nuts and bolts and rubber gasket after cleaning of pipes by taking out silt and sand .Then fitting of the footvalves at the end of suction pipelines. Dismantling of the vertical length and almost half of horizontal pipe of the priming pump for the smooth working and after civil works being done reassembling the pipe with new nuts and bolts and rubber gasket and footvalve after proper cleaning of the priming pipe by taking out the silt and sand accumulated and cleaning of the footvalve as well. Job includes material cost, chain pulley block Hire charges, manual labour and carriage charges. Replacement of the changeover switch 630A 4pole 50Hz and AC 23 (Havells/ L&T/ Seimens/ Schnider) at LIS Trewa with the new one .The Job includes cutting out the connections from the LT side of the transformer and after the replacement of the switch making the connections again and testing it. Job includes material cost, manual labour and carriage charges Complete Job . Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. The job allow any modification required at site in order for its smooth functioning. The firm should offer rebate on old material.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, Three crushed stone sand and six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers – mixing by mechanical means
