1. Repair to 4.5 cusec discharge, 60 mtrs head HC pump coupled with 150 HP motor unit 01no.Installed at LIS Thandapani. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, removing from base, shifting the pump shaft assembly by implying manual labour to road side, loading in mechanical transport and shifting to work shop and unloading there. Complete dismantling of the pump. Strengthening of pump shaft by welding, turning and finishing to make bearing size. Rebuilding/machining of the new impeller by wielding at the worn out spots and machining the impeller to its original size. Providing and fitting of sleeves as per the existing material to bearing houses for proper fitment of bearing. Fabrication of 2 Nos neck rings for proper fitment of impeller in the body, repair to bearing brackets, providing and fitting of 02 Nos bearings and 02 Nos bushes as per sample. Assembling of pump parts, shifting back to the site of LIS, fitting of pump body with pump by providing/ fitting of new body gaskets, studs, bolts and nuts, coupling with motor and testing. P/F 01 No. Coupling Pulley Set as per Requirement . Painting of the Pump unit by using good quality paint. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job and transportation charges etc.Complete job. 2. Complete rewinding of 40 HP 3 phase induction motor at LIS Saranoo Old of pumping unit no.2 by way of dismantling of motor from its installed position after disconnecting the power supply of all three phases. Dismantling the motor by unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts and also decoupling from the pump. Lifting the motor out of the pump house with proper care to prevent any damage. Shifting the motor with the help of manual labour from LIS to road side and through mechanical transport to the workshop. Complete dismantling of the motor, extraction of rotor broken bearing. Repair to rotor shaft by depositing material by welding& turning. P/F of 2Nos bearings as per sample. Extraction of burnt winding from the stator, cleaning of stator with petrol .P/F of new winding wire of suitable gauge & size in the stator, varnishing the stator winding with superior quality of varnish. Drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process. Assembling of the motor and shifting back to L.I.S. Refitting the motor at its installed position and coupling with pump, making of electrical connections, alignment with pump, testing of motor on full load. Job includes the cost of material, hiring charges of tools & tackles, and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour .Complete Job
