M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a hight of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part there of. i) For other Structural works like galleries etc.

Sub Station Equipments Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. .

Supply & Fabricate and complete erection of multiple pillar, powder coated, tensile car porch/parking shed comprises of posts/pillar of CHS 125-130mm dia GI of 2.8mm thickness, with main curve/rafter of CHS 75-80mm dia GI of 2mm to, and purlins of CHS 50mm dia GI section 2mm tk. The tensile cloth/membrane should be fire retardant and weight should be not less than 750 to 800 gms per sqm. Note :- The rate quoted by the tenderer for tensile car parking porch/parking shed structure shall be including, unloading & stacking of material at site, all civil works including excavation in post holes, PCC, and removal of soil, supervision of erection work, erection, accessories arrangement of required tools, tackles machinery, manpower required, scaffolding, structure fabrication with material to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/GE. The height of car parking/porch should be approx 2.50 mtr high complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fabrication, assembling of all types of steel girders of specified spans with structural steel conforming to Quality "B0" Grade Designation E250 conforming to IS:2062, erection / slewing / end launching of steel girders with cranes or any other approved launching methods as per site conditions (not requiring traffic block) on sub-structure including provision of trolley refuges etc., complete as per approved QAP and drawings conforming to IRS-B1-2001 and other relevant codes 1 and specifications. Note: 1. Detailed fabrication and erection drawings & launching methodology will be prepared by the contractor and got approved from Railway. 2. The rate is all inclusive including launching in position, complete in all respect except cost of (i) Painting / Metalising; (ii) Bearings & (iii) HSFG bolts which shall be paid extra under relevant item. 3. The payment shall be made on the theoretical weight of main components and gusset plates only. 4. Payment Schedule: (i) Receipt of material at site: 40% (ii) Fabrication of girders: 20% (iii) Erection/Launching: 20% (iv) Completion in all respects: 20% Plate Girder/Semi Through Girder/Composite Girder (Steel Work)
