R.C.C.Jolly by a new of following size in M20 Concrete using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly and river sand excluding cost of reinforcement but includingcharges,fabrication charges curing neat finishing and labour charges for fixing the jolly in position with standard spefication

Cage fencing of 250/400 KVA Plinth mounted transformer in Town areas to avoid electrical human/cattle accidents by fabrication of cage (1 Inch Sq wire mesh) made of 10 No gauge in suitable size angle iron frame of size 7.5'(L)x5'(W)x8'(H) by strengthening of wire mesh 20x3 mm M.S. flat horizontally as well as vertically, Grouting the panel with 1:2:4 cement/coorse send/brick ballast. The Frame should be bolted on angles at the four corners so that frame may be un-bolted/bolted at the time of replacement of the transformer. Provision of 1 gate should be there for maintenance of the transformer. Painting (1 coat of red oxide + 2 coat of Bus green enamel paint). The wire mesh should be earthed with 50x6 mm MS earthing strip with existing earthing of Transformer Body. All manpower, material and T&P provided by the contractor to complete the fabrication, transportation and installation.

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections/ hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 connected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, drawing & direction of Officer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete at any height.The rate includes the cost of all MS hollow section/ rolled steel section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. all complete

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 3 Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) of 1m length for making Base Frame for installation of outdoor unit of 5.0TR Concealed split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with 2 Nos. horizontal angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm of 1.2m length alongwith 2 nos. supporting Angle of 40mmx40mmx6mm of 0.7 m length vertically .
