Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M 25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etcetc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing, vibrating and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR COLUMNS Ground Floor

300 mm dia Double Under remed piles with M30 Mix RCC (1:1.5:3) of 3.66mts depth with useing 20mm dia HG chips from approved quarry with using reqired qty steel 1 cum of concrete including cost and conveyance and all materials and all labour charges for including Hire charges of Auger for Boring the pile and cutting the dubble under reamed bulbs including cost and conveyannce of all amterials to site and all labour charges etc complete but excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges etc., complete including Over head and Contractor Profit @13.615%

Reinforced cement mortar Facia 5 cm thick in CM (1:3) for drop walls, Fins & staircase railing with rabbit wire mesh & nominal reinforcement as directed by Engineer-in-charge with dubara spong finishing including cost & conveyence of all materials to site, including sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental charges such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, for making 50 mm thick RCM Paradah walls (RCM Drop walls) including tying Rabbit (chicken) wire mesh to the existing mild steel / HYSD Steel reinforcement applying mortar lumps, finishing, plastering to both faces, sponge finishing etc complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges in Ground Floor
