2. Sculpture – “शिल्पकला करते हुए बूढ़ा व्यक्ति (The Elder Craftsman)” Desiging, Fabrication of 11 ft high life-size artisan sculpture, executed in FRP 6–8 mm thickness, produced using hand lay-up process, reinforced with CSM 450 gsm and woven roving 600 gsm, surface gelcoat resistant to UV & atmospheric conditions. Internal MS support frame fabricated with IS 806/IS 1161 compliant steel tubes, welded as per IS: 816, ground smooth, inspected by dye-penetration testing at joints, and coated with zinc-rich epoxy primer and PU topcoat. Sculpted tools (hammer, chisel, stone block) to be integral FRP components reinforced with MS inserts where necessary. Exterior finishing in bronze patina multi-layer system including base coat, shading coat, glaze, and weather-protective clear PU. Base: 3.5 ft RCC pedestal (M-20), steel reinforcement Fe-500 grade, chemical anchor fixing system, clad with premium-grade granite slabs (20–25 mm thick), polished to 800–1000 grit, chamfered edges, fixed with stainless steel cramps and polymer-based adhesive. RGB Lighting System: Supply and installation of RGB LED linear lights/spot fixtures, IP65/IP67-rated, with aluminum extrusion channels, PVC/silicone sealing, DMX controller, waterproof driver, 16–18 gauge copper wires, GI conduits, MCB protection, synchronisation of lighting sequences, testing & commissioning. Includes earth connection as per IS:3043, foundation excavation/backfilling, hoisting, alignment using spirit level and temporary supports, protective anti-UV coat, finishing complete

Supplying, fitting and placing of HYSD bars Fe-500 ( From Primary producers ,Like TATA,SAIL,VSP, JWS & Shyam steel Etc.,) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 &2200 (5th revision) in sub-structure.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for DECK SLAB
