Supply, fabrication, erection, testing of Deflector Pulley of following specifications, Size: 1800mm wide x 273mm dia x 90mm shaft dia including supply of bearing size: 22218E, Sleeve: H-3118, Bearing Block: SN-318, Shell thickness: 8/10mm including hanger bracket for fixing of deflector pulley with nut bolt etc. all complete and erection, testing and alignment of the conveyor belt structures.

Dismounting of 485 kW, 650 HP BHEL Make HT motor from its place of installation by way of disengaging all its three phase cable connections of rotor, stator, commutator assembly, trifurcated sealing box, etc. Opening & disengaging coupling set (Motor half coupling & Pump-half coupling) of the unit 02, separating motor from motor skirt by opening all its nuts & bolts and placing motor on steel fabricated stool properly. Removing deflection/eccentricity by heat treatment or on hydraulic press, removing of deflections on heads/ ends and then again checking the alignment of the shaft on lathe machine. P/F of new fabricated AISI-410-SS cotter pins of line shaft.
