Comprehensive annual maintenance of Swimming pool comprises of the following equipments complete all as specified and directed. (a) Pumping sets of capacity 3.5 HP - 05 Nos (01 as Standby) (b) Pressure filter of filtering capacity 50 Cum/Hr - 04 Nos (01 as Standby) (c) Dosing pump - 02 Nos (One for Chlorination and one for Soda Ash) (d) Electrical panel board consisting of starters of suitable rating complete. Note: Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for the following :- (i) Contractor shall provide trained technician and a helper, who will visit Swimming pool once in a week, to check and servicing of the equipments above to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of Swimming pool. (ii) Grease and lubricating oil shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (iii) Cleaning all swimming pool building inside, plant room, equipments including surrounding area of the buildings. (iv) Check serviceability of all self priming recirculation pump of single stage / horizontal self priming pump set of 3.5Hp / 3.26 KW Capacity and all other connected items.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
