Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. 01 MTR from cutting edge

Providing Full Comprehensive maintenance of 15 passenger (G+1) Elevator VVVF controller Including replacement of spares, oiling, Greasing, rewinding of motors, repairing of control panels, COP, landing panels over speed safety required parts including VVVF Inverter, hoist motor, ARD car annoucement system, gear system, wire rope and related accessories for interlocking, other facilities given in the lift. Periodical examination and servicing of safety device, governor and wire ropes, replacement shall be done with submission of test report, Overhauling & labour etc. complete as mentioned below for the period of one year as per the terms and condition enclosed. AND 10% ESCALATION EXTRA FOR EVERY YEAR . NOTE- Work will be treated round the year for one year, including man power required to replace equipment & parts but excluding consumable such as electricity for the period of 1 (One) year.

Day to day repair, preventive maintenance, operation by providing Supervisor, High skilled, Skilled, Semi skilled and unskilled Manpower for Electrical installations, Lift, HVAC, FPS system round the clock at Critical Care Block Alipurduar in the premises of Alipurduar SDH for the period of one year - under the jurisdiction of WBMSCL obeying the all type of Terms & Condition as per annexure.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (CAMC) and 24x7 operation of Krishnanagar Pump House comprises round-the-clock (24×7) Operation (As per Specifications mentioned in Annexure A)
