-Operation and maintenance of LED lights of 20W/30W/45W/90W capacity, per point per month, including routine operation (on/off), removal of defective/non-functional LED lights from poles, erection/re-fixing after repair, cable up to 3 meters wherever required, and transportation/placement of unserviceable units at the Municipal Committee store. The rate includes the cost of all required labour, complete, as directed by and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance consisting of fort-nightly examination, testing, adjustment, oiling / lubrication, checking, cleaning, servicing, preventive maintenance, necessary repairs and replacement of defective parts etc., for smooth operation of electrically operated various makes lift 8 / 13 passengers capacity / Goods lift of 1.00 metre per second speed of AC VVV frequency drive with micro processor miconic control with simplex collective selective control system ARD (Auto Rescue Device) in multistorey building to serve ground floor and five upper floors in CABS / STIR / DEBEL / ADE Bangalore including repair / replacement as required of car light LED, call bell, Audio system, fire switch, fire switch glass, car position indicator, car control switch, indicating lamp, door coupler, limit switch, replacement of broken mirror if any, maintenance of all indicators etc and ensuring continuous and effective functioning of lifts. The repair / replacement of defective parts in the lift shall be done by the contractor free of cost within 24 hours of notification for minor / medium rectification and within 72 hours for major rectification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
