Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of Electrically Operated Passenger Lifts of IES make serving up to G+14 Floors (Total 15 Lifts) at Naval Park and Nausena Baugh by deploying 03 Nos of Lift Technicians per shift of 08 hours in two shifts (1st Shift from 0600 hours to 1400 hours and 2nd shift from 1400 hours to 2200 hours) including Sundays and Holidays, equipped with collective / selective control systems, including carrying out periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and performance testing in accordance with the OEM’s recommendations, Particular Specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operation of the lifts. The scope shall include supply and replacement of all required spare parts, components, assemblies, and accessories of OEM-approved and compatible make, except for the specific spares separately provided for herein complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of Electrically Operated Passenger Lifts/Goods lift of ECE make serving up to G+14 Floors (Total 22 Lifts) at Naval Park and Nausena Baugh by deploying 04 Nos of Lift Technicians per shift of 08 hours in two shifts (1st Shift from 0600 hours to 1400 hours and 2nd shift from 1400 hours to 2200 hours) including Sundays and Holidays, equipped with collective / selective control systems, including carrying out periodic inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and performance testing in accordance with the OEM’s recommendations, Particular Specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operation of the lifts. (a) Operations & Comprehensive maintenance of following services (on round the clock basis) at TE Building Ayodhya as per specification and details of services (Inventory) etc. attached. E I & Fans, Sub Station, capacitor Panel, AVR, EA Sets (i/c servicing and battery as per specification), Water pumps, Electrical Panels elsewhere in the Building, Staff quarters, AFD System, Compound light, Window/Split AC Units, Water Coolers, Package AC Units etc. ((b) Comprehensive maintenance of following EMS services (on round the clock basis) at TE Bldg. Ayodhya Dham, Milkipur & Bikapur under SSA Ayodhya as per specification and details of services (Inventory) etc. attached. E I & Fans, Sub Station, capacitor Panel, AVR, EA Sets (i/c servicing and battery as per specification), Water pumps, Electrical Panels elsewhere in the Building, Staff quarters, AFD System, Compound light, Window/Split AC Units, Water Coolers, Package AC Units etc.
