Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of OTIS Make Lift including AVR for 01 years at Mini Secretariat, Ganderbal as per scope of work/Technical specifications as mentioned in the annexure B.

Fixed components (1st year): (a) Cost of 172 Trained personnel for WTP operations and maintenance, SCADA,analyzers, horticulture, security, lab including Safety kits, Uniforms, training, mock drills, logsheets etc. (b) Comprehensive Maintenance including upgradation, modernization of SCADA, PLC system, RTU and I/Os as per OEM guidelines of Make- Schneider installed at Muradnagar intake, Bhagirathi WTP and its command area UGRs and Sangam RWPH. (c) Comprehensive Maintenance of Analysers including periodic calibration, replacement of electrolyte, membrane caps, faulty parts, quality audit report generation as per OEM guidelines, Make- E&H installed at Muradnagar intake, Bhagirathi WTP and its command area UGRs and Sangam RWPH. (d) Cost of Maintenance of all E&M equipments including Preventive & breakdown maintenance, CCTV, APFC panels, Flow meters, Calibration and testing, disposal of silt/sand, meeting functional guarantees, BIS standard for potable water, insurance of assets, upkeep of building, offices and civil works of roads, drains, painting, horticulture works, lab equipments, testing, spares, consumables, tools and tackles and other allied works required for smooth operation of Bhagirathi WTP and Sangam RWPH, Cost of updating O&M Manual and Cost of laboratory & testing. (Indicative list of equipments attached). (e) Reserve Fund for Major maintenance and replacement of E&M equipments at Muradnagar intake, Bhagirathi WTP and its command area UGRs and Sangam RWPH.
