Supplying and fixing of pleated mosquito fibre mesh door using aluminium frame with following specification Frame Specifications: The aluminium frame shall be manufactured from high-quality extruded aluminium alloy sections conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 with the following profile dimensions: Top Frame: 45 mm × 26 mm Bottom Frame: 25 mm × 26 mm Side Frame: 25 mm × 22 mm Handle Frame: 24 mm × 60 mm All aluminium sections shall be powder coated with a minimum coating thickness of 60 microns conforming to IS 13871. The frame shall be free from defects, warping, distortion, and surface imperfections. Mesh Specifications: The pleated mesh shall be manufactured from high-strength UV-resistant polyester yarn, permanently pleated to ensure smooth operation and long service life. The mesh shall be resistant to corrosion, moisture, fungus, and normal environmental conditions. Accessories: The system shall include guide tracks, tension cords, rollers, end caps, locking mechanisms, handles, and all necessary accessories required for smooth operation. All hardware components shall be corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term use. All complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
