Taking down deffective geyser of capacity upto 25 ltrs of any make from its existing position after disconnecting inlet/outlet water connection and opening of geyser for checking and repairing the deffective parts, including testing the same after repairing, refixing the same on its original position and making all connections complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintencance of electrically operated automatic passenger lifts of capacity 10 passengers/680 Kgs , Make KONE at a speed of 1.0 mtr /Sec with automatic steel sliding door upto (G+5 floors) in SRE Bldg at 10Wing Airforce Jorhat, keeping the lift and its accessories in perfect working condition with the repair and replacement of minor defective /Worn out parts/components, lubricating of the lift including alarm system including Hoist Way Material, Guide Rails, Car Counter, Weight, Pulleys, Gear Box,and changing of gear oil etc complete all as specefied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Major Spare Parts will be Measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.. (b) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every lift and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user.(C) Repair and maintenance of Lift should be done through OEM or through the authorized service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of Lift and has vast experience in the relevant field.
