Annual comprehensive maintenance contract of following passenger lifts for 1st year having speed 1.5 mtr per second complete with ARD system which includes routine preventive and break down maintenance i/c repair/replacement of worn out parts with warranty and also replacement of dry cell batteries, ARD batteries , emergency light batteries, alarm batteries , indication lamps , alarm bell / buzzer, car cabin lights & fresh air fans etc as per terms and conditions attached. a) 15 passenger hosptial / stretcher lift (1020 kgs) 11 landings /openings -3 Nos ( for 1st year)

Repair and Comprehensive Maintenance of 01 No. Elevator 'OTIS' make of following types & capacity with routine services at the regular intervals of one month, regular systematic examination adjustment, lubrication of machines motors controller parts i/c replacement of worn-out parts, gears etc. bearing, brake shoe, rotating element, contact coils, resistance for operating motors, magnetic frames etc. and other mechanical as well as electrical parts etc. as required to maintain the elevatory of lift in proper and safe operating conditions i/c emergency break down all attending services and sudden damages of mechanical parts etc. and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
