Annual Maintenance Service - Desktops

Note - for item No 1 to 6 : (i) Contractor should make AMC with OEM only, any requisite electrical/ machenical parts for above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it become unserviceable as per terms & conditions of omega/ Thyssen under the AMC 'A' type contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra . (ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of AMC 'A' type contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothely without any extra cost to Govt. . (iii) The terms & conditions of this AMC as applicable as given in Annexure I & II by OMEGA and thyssen krupp (iv) The comprehensive maintenance inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unsv parts/material including labour, transportaton. (v) the complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same . (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , thereafter recovery Rs 1000/- per hrs will be charged from contractor till functioning of lift and repair of lift by other agency, the repair cost should be made by contractor in presence of Eng-in-Charge. (vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance of lifts (viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/thyssen and hand over certificate to the department without any extra cost to Govt.. (ix) Contractor has to tie up with civil authority for lift license and he will be responsible to renewal of lift license without any extra cost to Govt.
