Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient opera ting condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 8 floors (total 09 landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge as per following details:- Piru Vihar (8 passenger lift) Total NOs-30 Nos Make : JohnsonPvt Ltd. Notes :-(i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM & Maintenance Report to be submitted monthly. (ii) Contractor will conclude Job with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of Job. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid Job agreement. (iii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all spares including healthy ARD/UPS with battery system and maintenance items are deemed to be included in the above rates. Supply and fix 300 mm sweep car cabin fan ,single Phase ,in Lift with necessary accessories such as fins /grills, nuts ,Bolts and wires,etc suitanle for Johson lift including taking down old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and direc ted Make- As per Oem Recommendation.
