Comprehensive Annual maintenance of 80 KVA UPS with battery sets on 1+1 basis which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance including repair/replacement of worn out items with minimum downtime warranty and guarantee of repaired/replaced items. 1 Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Services of complete Fire Fighting System installed at Corporate Office, CWC, New Delhi, including routine inspection, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, testing, servicing, lubrication, minor repairs, replacement of consumables and minor spares, and keeping the system in healthy operational condition throughout the contract period. The scope shall include, but shall not be limited to, maintenance of fire hydrant system including indoor landing hydrants, yard hydrants, wet riser pipes, ring main pipeline, hose reels, branch pipes, valves and couplings; main hydrant pump, main sprinkler pump, jockey/pressure maintenance pump, diesel engine driven fire pump including trial run, battery maintenance and filter/oil/coolant checks; sprinkler system including sprinklers, zone control valves, alarm valves, alarm gong, inspector test valves and associated piping; MCC/fire pump control panel including auto/manual mode, starter contactors, overload relays, pressure switches, wiring connections and alarm annunciation; air vessels; butterfly valves and other allied components of the fire fighting system. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all labour, tools, tackles, testing instruments, consumables, lubricants, minor spares, overheads, supervision, reports and all incidental charges required for satisfactory CAMC of the complete system including following additional scope at the mentioned frequency . 12 Month 45773.7 549284.4
