Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of VRF Air Conditioning System included attending of all Breakdown Calls, Four Preventive maintenace Services (Each quarter 3 dry+ 1 wet) & Replacement/ Repairs of all the parts from Indoors to outdoors units ( Moving and non moving parts including Y joints,V net Controllers, Remotes,Filters, sheet metals, Ducting, piping, Condenser, cooling Coils,PCB, IPM cards etc.) of the existing system (Annexure – A) and as complete as required.
