comprehensive maintenance (Routine, preventive, periodical and breakdown) of Passenger/goods/service Lifts installed in following bldgs at METCALFE HOUSE Complex JCB area as mentioned here-in-after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise through OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipments/componentents, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact, governor jaws, car & hall mechanical push buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators, car and landing door drive/sensor and all other car and landing signal/ fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers travelling cable etc with and including replacement of defective / spares parts mentioned in BOQ/Sch - 'A' as 'supply only' and replacement of all kind of defective / spares parts other than mentioned in BOQ/Sch - 'A' i.e. car/landing door sill, lift coil, lever bell crank, fuse holder, transformer, rack harness, guide shoe, light shield, any type of diode panel, push button assembly guide operator, kit door, bush bearing, copper contacts, line brakes, sight guard, any type of glass for hall button, emergency light, fireman control switch/ glass, announcement system, all type of safety, mounting sundrise, wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws, lubricant, gear oil, aircord, landing wheel, aircord wheel, all types of control cards/logic cards, rewinding of motors(Main & Doors) etc and all machine works i.e. welding, cutting, drilling etc or any other parts/components which is not includ above as and when required to keeping the lifts in serviceable conditions round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all weather/climate conditions to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, complete all as directed for following Lifts.

VISIT/SERVICE CHARGES

Manual Rescue and Operation Rescue of Four lifts from 0900 to 1700 hrs in One shift operated by one operator per shift for both the lifts (one operator for four lifts per shift shall be employed) on all days including holidays and during all type of weather/climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lifts and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Manning & Operation of Lifts in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG Set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply complete all as specified and directed. Location:- Goods Lift (Capacity 2000Kg) and Goods Lift (Capacity 3000Kg) both of the lifts are serving Ground + 02 Upper Floors and installed at NSD Store (SPDC), CMT Complex, P-77 & 8 passanger lift and 08 passanger lift both Lifts are serving Ground + 5 Upper Floors and installed at GE Office, (SPDC) Notes for item No.01 to 04:- (a) Material such as cotton waste, dress i.e overall combination (navy blue colour), protective clothing, protective shoes, gas mask, gloves and other instruments etc, as required for maintenance, manning and operation of Lift shall be arranged by the contractor from his own sources for which cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. No extra amount shall be paid separately on this account. (b) Installation shall be manned including Saturdays, Sunday & Holiday. (c) Proper log sheets to be maintained. (e) Carry out weekly maintenance of Lift panels installed in Lift Room and intimate Engr-in-charge immediately for any defects/breakdown/repair required. (f) Carry out checking of nuts bolts, replace when required, applying oil and greasing. (g) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the Lift cabin and installation neat and clean on every day. (h) All documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall maintain as per procedure in vogue. (j) If the operator are found absent from duty, penal recovery shall be made per shift per head are as follows :- (i) Operator - @ Rs 2000 per operation shift per head.
