OD53519/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of above31-60 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set controlling electrical accessories , panel board ,etc, including attending all repairs ,overhauling & , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump and motor through out the year as required( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc and starter AMC ) and maintain the motor pump sets , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .
