Taking down dismantling / Servicing/ Attending of Breakdown Complaints with Rectification of WT/ Split type/ Casset type Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, water coolers of any capacity & 'make', opening up for Servicing/ Maintenance , inspection / examination for serviceability of compressor, fan, motor, relays,PCB of indoor and outdoor units, capacitors, lubrication of moveable parts, replacement of worn out bolts , screws, rubber gaskets, seals, terminal & link clips, unserviceable wiring, rubber mounting for compressor including all minor spare parts for carrying out servicing including reassembling & testing of AC, Refrigerator & water cooler complete all as directed NOTE:- (i) All the Major Spare parts used in course of rectifying the complaints and breakdowns will be measured and paid separately in concerned seduled items.. (ii) For Lubrication of moveable parts, replacement of worn out bolts , screws, rubber gaskets, seals, terminal & link clips,wires and insulation tapes including cotton wastes with other minor items are included in unit rates .(iii) The Breakdown Complaints should be addressed by the Contractor's Mechanic or representatives within 4-8 hours , for delay of 24 hours for attending of User's complains would be charged Rs.1000.00 ( One thousand only) as token of Penalty.

OD247836/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed.
