Construction of 100 Bedded Working Women Hostel at Devipur, Deoghar Near AIIMS Jharkhand
Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontal side & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet (Zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) suitable for mounting 120 minutes Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. The frame shall be filled with mineral wool Insulation having density minimum 96Kg/sqm. The frame will have a provision of G.I. anchor fastners 14 nos (5 each on vertical style & 4 on horizontal style of size M10 x 80) suitable for fixing in the opening along with factory made template for SS ball bearing hinges of size 100x89x3 mm for fixing of fire rated glazed shutter. The frame shall be finished with an approved fire resistant primer or powder coating of not less than 30 micron in desired shade as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge. (Cost of SS ball bearing hinges is excluded).

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Repairs and routine maintenance of complete Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System including the following equipment: (1) Jockey Pump – 15 HP (2) Fire Pump – 15 HP (3) Main Electric Pump – 65 HP (4) Diesel Pump – 95 BHP (5) Complete GI Pipeline network of any diameter (6) Smoke detectors, fire alarm panel and associated alarm system The scope of work shall include: (1) Routine inspection, servicing and attending breakdowns of the entire system. (2) Cleaning of terrace water tank and maintenance of complete water supply system. (3) Repair/replacement of damaged or unserviceable minor and major parts. (4) Servicing of valves, control panels, wiring, sensors and thermistors. (5) Replacement of fuel filters and oil filters of Diesel Pump including connected piping. (6) Painting of rusted pipes, fuel tank and connected supports. (7) Rectification of leakage, maintenance of drainage lines, earthing and accessories. (8) Any other items required for smooth functioning of the fire fighting system. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
