Survey, design,construction, testing, commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Any Proven Technology for inlet sewage parameters as per mention in bid document consisting of sludge dewatering and storage unit, disinfection system and associated infrastructure including foundation, Storm water drainage system, Roads ad Pathways Landscaping. Administrative building with laboratory, treated effluent line etc complete as turn key job with all civil, electrical,instrmentation and mechanical works, labour, and T&P etc complete to achieve following design effluent parameters: 1. BOD10ppm 2. COD 50ppm 3. TSS 20ppm 4. TP 1ppm 5. TN10ppm 6. Fecal Coliform: Desirable 100 MPN per 100 ml and permissible 230MPN per 100 ml

• Installation of HVAC system including air-conditioning, ventilation and allied components. • Execution of complete MEP services including water supply, plumbing, drainage and sanitation systems • Provision and installation of Firefighting and fire detection systems as per applicable norms • Development of outer infrastructure including compound wall, main entrance gate, internal pathways, parking areas, landscaping and other site development works • Installation of lift, boom barrier, close circuit TV, lighting protection system • Development and provision of facilities including multipurpose hall with accommodation, open air theatre (OAT), e-library, co-working spaces, rental/commercial spaces and sports facilities along with required amenities, furniture and signage, testing, commissioning and handing over of all systems. • Testing, commissioning and handing over of all systems and components • Obtaining NOC like fire etc. from concerned departments. • Operation & Maintenance for a period of 5 years including upkeep of civil, electrical, MEP and firefighting systems, payment of electricity charges of common areas, deployment of security personnel, housekeeping and all allied activities.

Horticulture(Grass Creeper):- Supplying all materials labour and T&P etc. for removing vegetation and making up undulations not exceeding 15cm. in depth including disposal of rubbish, plantation of saplings - a) Bougainvillea Glabra @ 1 No. / sqft., ii) Elephant Ears Plant @ 1 Nos. / 3 sqft., iii) Canna Indica @ 1 Nos. / 2 sqft., iv) Wedelia Plantation @ 1 No. / 2 sqft. and v) Vetiver Grass - spread across the area, all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
