Construction of new integrated lobby and running room building with allied offices at Garhi Harsaru in the section of SSE/W/GGN under ADEN/DEE in the jurisdiction of Sr.DEN/V/DLI.
"Preparation and submission of Architectural plans along with other relevant papers etc. as per Railw ays requirement in connection with provision of running room at Garhi Harsaru station including preparation of working dr awings showing elevation , sections , road /circulating area, landscaping of the area , gates, grills, cup boards, toilets, staircase railing, doors , windows, ventilators, electrical point positions , S&T point positions , firefighting arrangements , indoor AC positions, false ceiling , wall paneling , lighting arrangements etc. and other specified works related to the abo ve scope as per requirement of Railw ay administration time to time including submission 31 of Architectural Dr awing showing interior and exterior finish. The architect should be certified from Council of Architect. The item includes preparation and submission of completion plans showing detailed dr awings of the related items of all the jobs mentioned abo ve for the floors, rooms, toilets, gallery, lift lobbies, circulating area etc. as instructed by Railw ay Administration time to time. Nothing shall be paid extra whatsoever the case may be. The completed dr awings duly signed shall be submitted in two sets in soft/hard copies. The architect has to submit presentation in ppt format as and when asked by Railway Administration. The architect has to visit at the site at least once in a week during execution of work or as and when required by Railw ay Administration otherwise penalty of Rs. 5000 /- per day shall be levied on the Architect. The mode of payment shall be as under: (i) On submission of Dr awing in hard copy =70% (ii) On submission of Dr awing in softd copy =20% (iii) After completion of work =10%

Air blowers for MBBR (02 No's), tube settlers assay, sludge pump screw type 02 No's Sludge dewatering centrifugal, sludge holding tank, Air grid for sludge holding, chlorine dozing system chlorine contact tank, foundation for all E/M equipment's, associated piping work with reqd valves, gates, drains, pathways, electrical control panel with inter connecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turned key job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detail specification for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. Also refer important notes below:-) for Tertiary treatment it also include filter feed tank of RCC, Filter feed pump, Dual media filter, activated carbon filter, treated water tank in RCC.
