Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area around 4000sqm i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, pruning replacement of plants, gap filling,weeding, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter & other T & P material/ articles, water for Irrigation/Gardening shall be provided by the department.Fuel &Lubricants for Lawn Mover,Brush cutter shall be provided by the contractor) Note : Applying Good earth/Manure/Fertilizers Pesticides etc to be carried out once in 3months or as when required , Lawn mowing& Brush cutter to be carried out minimum Twice in a month, Weeding and other wild growth with roots by forking including garden rubbish with all leads and lifts(Weeding area is around 2000sqm) to be carried out minimum once in a month, Watering to be carried out regularly on daily basis as and when required and all others opeartions mentioned above are to be carried out as per specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. )

1.0) Running, maintenance and operation of clear water booster p/set, DG set ,IEI and compound lighting at 96 MIG/96 LIG at block R, Dilshad Garden as per the inventory, terms & condition and deploying the following manpower : a).OperatorGrade-II - 2 Nos. ( 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM, one in each shift) b).Khallasi - 1No. ( 10 PM to 6 AM )
