Houskeeping work Cleaning, Sweeping, washing and Housekeeping of Lajpat Nagar Building and okhla sites. "Sweeping, Cleaning, washing and Housekeeping of requried given all floor level area including removing of jalas, dusting cleaning of floors, rooms, corridor ,wall and toilet block, cleaning of office furniture, door, window and also disposal of waste up to frist muncipal dustbin. All the cleaning operation are to be done through mechanical and manual by rearranging of furniture / assets and other related activities as per requirement and including cleaning of shaft drain in building, manhole blockage,gully trap inside & outside Building etc. whenever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge." Sweeping,washing & cleaning of toilet / wc inside the building complex all the operation are to be done through mechanical and manual as per requirement at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge. Sweeping,washing & cleaning of open area such as DSIIDC parking front & RHS, open area, pavements, pump rooms and other area inside & outside the boundary wall of building in the premises. All the operation are to be done through mechanical and manual as per requirement at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge. 7 Nos. Safai karamchari (i/c 1 nos. sewerman / spider man as per requirement ) , 1 No. supervisor Sweeping,cleaning & washing of tarrace i/c opening of khurras, collecting of tree leave & malba i/c disposal of malba to the first muncipal ground mainhole cleaning of overhead/underground watertank and ,marking of dateof cleaning of the tank. If required pumping out water from the building as per direction of Enginer-in-charge.
