Custom Bid for Services - Housekeeping and sanitation of ORH Including Canteen at Tilak Bridge and work of sanitation Care Taker Security for GM CORE camp office cum office building in new Delhi for a period of One year Similar Category Cleaning

Bidders to quote monthly lumpsum rate for providing Housekeeping & Maintenance Service (A) as per Annexure-I & II, Manpower Services (C) for housekeeping & maintenance and mess services, Uniform (D) and Items as listed (E) of Volume & TCC of the contract. Note: Bidder should go through detailed scope of works, terms and condition of the contract and advised to quote the price with the understanding of running the services satisfactory throughout the contract. Contractor shall quote the lumpsum monthly price towards providing services mentioned in point A, C, D & E of Volume & TCC of the contract. Awarded Rate shall be firm throughout the contract and no deviation shall be allowed.
