Comprehensive Operation & Maintenances of Kam-Avida make Road Sweeping Machine including one skilled driver & one Trained Operator (Semi-skilled) & all consumables/spare parts/repair/brushes/batteries/cost of daily weighing slip etc. except fuel & insurance. (for 30days in a month) NOTE:Rates quoted should be inclusive of all Govt. taxes and liabilities.

 Cleaning / Sweeping and Door to door collection of garbage Commercial as well as residential area and Adjoining area Nerchowk Town i.e. road, street, drain, nallahs, cutting of bushes etc . The Door to door collection of garbage from commercial area, residential area, other area & Govt. Institution shall be collected by contractor through their own labour & user charges from all the areas in ward shell be collected by contractor itself The Commercial area is both side of main vehicle approachable road i.e. Shops, banks, Offices & other commercial & Govt. Institution etc..  The collection of garbage should be in accordance with M.S.W. rule 2016 and the order of Honorable National Green Tribunal in Nerchowk Municipal area & adjoining area on a daily basis during pre-informed timing using bell /whistle /horns to announce the arrival of the sanitation workers. On Sunday & public holidays as per the management plan & in a manner as set out by the Municipality during the period of the Agreement.  The wet waste (Organic waste) & dry waste (Inorganic waste including recyclable waste) is to be collected on a daily basis i.e from Monday to Sunday, as per the management plan. No mixed waste shell collects. Only segregated MSW shall be collect by the contract & disposed it in separate manner as per the direction of in-charge..  Disposal of dead animals, cutting of bushes, removal of tree/branches and removal of posters in the ward. Attending of all toilets in the ward for cleaning, providing Phenyl for cleaning, washing of urinal pots with acid / phenyl or as per direction from time to time.  Daily emptying and cleaning of steel litterbins of the ward. The contractor should have healthy 5 No’s garbage collectors / M.S.W. Collector/ Street Sweeper duly certified by M.O. regarding their health & Efficiency to execute the work. It should be ensured that at least 50% of the workers should be males. All workers should be between 18-65 years of age. The MSW so collected by labour during Cleaning / Sweeping & door to door garbage collection shall be transport in covered vehicles With Separate Chamber & disposed at Municipal Processing station without mixing by the contractor. The vehicles for the transportation shell be provide by the Contractor its Self and one driver along with vehicle.  If garbage should not be collected from any house, and he will refuse for user charges, the amount shall be deduct from the bill of contractor ie amount of the user charges. contractor shall provide gumboot, gloves, masks, sanitizer and any other tool and equpiment or material required in work to labour. According to the estimate door to door collection money user charges will be collected by the contractor and deposited in the office between 1 to 7 th of the month which must be 90% of the demand. demand may be vary as per new estimate. Estimated cost of door to door collection = 12500 x12 = 150000
