1.1 Rate contract for outsourcing the activity for housekeeping (cleaning and sanitation )& horticulture at The Ludhiana Distt. Cooperative milk Producer's Union Ltd. (Please quote rates for complete job) NOTE:- ESI,EPF,BONUS, TDS etc. will be applicable as per rules a)The above quoted rates should be inclusive of all i.e. Wages of workers to be employed by the contractor,ESI & EPF and bonus contribution/ other statutory obligations etc.(as applicable) b) GST & any other levies/TDS/ taxes etc. will be as applicable from time to time. Note: The First Party is bound to pay incentive to their workers whenever direction regarding the same is issued by second party.
