Mandatory Job: Engagement of manpower for (a) cleaning & housekeeping of boiler house, coal mills areas, coal feeders areas,ID Fans,FD Fans,PA Fans,ESP areas and other adjacent areas including supply of tools & tackles, (b) Providing round the clock physical assistance to various shift work including supply of tools & tackles, (c) Round the clock operation(including manual/AUTO rejection of coal mill round the clock) & Tit-bit maintenance of MRHS of Stage-II (2 X500 MW) including supply of tools & tackles, necessary consumables as per scope. 1.1 Rate contract for outsourcing the activity for housekeeping (cleaning and sanitation )& horticulture at The Ludhiana Distt. Cooperative milk Producer's Union Ltd. (Please quote rates for complete job) NOTE:- ESI,EPF,BONUS, TDS etc. will be applicable as per rules a)The above quoted rates should be inclusive of all i.e. Wages of workers to be employed by the contractor,ESI & EPF and bonus contribution/ other statutory obligations etc.(as applicable) b) GST & any other levies/TDS/ taxes etc. will be as applicable from time to time. Note: The First Party is bound to pay incentive to their workers whenever direction regarding the same is issued by second party. The reimbursement of the incentive given by the second party will be done after first party produces the proof of disbursement of paid incentive to their workers. The service charges will be paid on the additional amount (incentive) to the first party @ 1% of incentive amount.
