Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HI-WALL Split unit with indoor unit and out door unit.Indoor unit comprises of pre filter ,Coil Section ,evaporator section, low noise Multi speed fan .Unit shall have filter cleanable type of resin net fixed to an integrally molded plastic frame. all refrigerant accessories, low gas level detection system. Unit shall have an electronic expansion valve which control refrigerant flow rate in respond to load variations of room & minimum 5mt refrigerant copper pipe.Outdoor condensing unit comprising of SCROLL / TWIN ROTORY compressor's, condenser coils, propeller / axial fans, pressure switches, HP/LP cutouts, safety controls and accessories like liquid line solenoid valve, sight glass, filter drier etc, factory fabricated and completely wired control panel with switchgear components.Units shold work upto 52 Deg C and have Factory charged R410 / R32 Refrigerant Gas, oil charge and necessary cordless remote for unit operation. Rcc/pcc/ms platform Foundation for outdoor shall be carried out by hvac contractor until or unless stipulated else where otherwise. All outdoors shall be mounted with necessary vibration isolators, etc . as per the specifications and approved drawings. THE UNIT SHALL BE HIGHEST STAR RATED INVERTER TYPE.

B Electrical & ELV, HVAC Work

Supplying, Unloading, shifting, Installation at proposed location, testing and commissioning of LT Panel size 4'6"x3'x1' and frame 16 SWG fully powder coated/enamel painted after seven tank treatment. This will be floor mounted/wall mounted, double door, out door duty, dust proof, vermin proof, front operated, electrical panel fabricated as per specifications laid in this document and will be complete with the main and auxiliary bus bars, interconnection, earth bus and will be powder coated finish with 70 micron thickness. The HVAC Panel shall use all MCCB's suitable for 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire supply system. Each incoming breaker will have microprocessor based releases and all outgoing breaker will have minimum electrostatic releases. The Panel will be made as per detailed specifications & drawings forming part of this document. (Each MCCB will be variable current setting from front, with front extended lockable handle, pad lockable in off position, indication light for ON, shrouding on incomer side, termination shall be suitable for aluminium bus bars.) Incomer:- A) 1 No 100A TPN feeder each having one no 100A 4P MCCB 38 KA B) 1 No volt meter with selector switch 3 nos indicating lights C) 1 No Ampere meter with selector switch, matching CT's. D) TPN Aluminium bus bar rated for 300A (after considering all necessary deratings) 3 phase 4 wire, 50Hz. A minimum derating factor of 0.66 must be taken for calculation of bus bar sizes. The bus bar size after derating shall be equal to the ampere given in the BOQ The conductivity of bus bar shall not be less than 58% and earth bus size shall be 10% of phase bus bar. Outgoings:- A) 2 Nos 63A TPN feeder each having one no. 63A 4P MCCB 38 KA B) 2 Nos 40A TPN feeder each having one no. 40A 4P MCB 38 KA C) Set of suitable load capacitor bank , Other items such as Lot of control wiring, 1 Set of designation plates
