Supplying and installation of high-pressure grade required size OEM make copper connection Y or T Joints / refnet for liquid and suction line complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, painting etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV / VRF air conditioning system. VRF Outdoor Unit (HEAT PUMP TYPE) Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of imported modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. VRF unit and compressor shall be of same OEM make. Latest BEE guideline for AC system/ECBC/GRIHA/AHRI whichever guidelines is more stringent shall be followed based on GRIHA star rating requirement of building. The VRF units shall be able to deliver 100% capacities at AHRI conditions till ambient temperature of 35 deg C. For improvement in efficiency other than ISEER value, the VRF units will with minimum COP of 3.5 at 100% load at AlHRI conditions in heating. The VRF outdoor unit shall have operating range from 0 deg C to 50 deg C in cooling mode & -20 Deg C to 15 Deg C in heating mode and the OEM shall submit catalogue for VRF unit, mentioning the same. In case of one IDU fails or stops working for any reason during the running of the system, the VRF System must have provision or capability to bypass so that the whole circuit should not get affected. The unit shall be complete individual controller and fittings with necessary wiring, connection & termination, painted MS frame for outdoor unit, cowl for ODU etc. The unit shall be suitable to work at the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature during Cooling and-10°C during Heating without Tripping

The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans with extrenal static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more then 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation, auto address setting, auto check function for connection error and complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller and with fittings etc. The compressor and VRV/VRF Outdoor make should be same. For enhanced energy savings the COP of each refrigerant circuit system mentioned below shall be 7.10 minimum at 50% load, at AHRI Condition in cooling mode.The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature between 6 deg C to 11 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency.
