11.This contract covers repair and replacement of spare parts & accessories including blower motor, sheet metal body and repairing of condenser coil & copper tubes, Capacitors, relay, thermostat, air filters etc. as necessary and these spare parts / accessories should be available at site in the custody of the entrusted agency. 12.Any inconvenience caused so far as performance of AC plant is concerned due to negligence in the part of the agency, if detected, will be liable to penalty. Quantum of penalty would be decided by EIC depending on the gravity of situation. 13. While taking up / starting the comprehensive maintenance of Mortuary cold storage units, the agency will have to start maintaining this plants as per above terms and conditions irrespective of the condition of the A.C.plant and no extra charges will be paid for repairing / replacement work. 14. The agency will have to provide self explanatory laminated photo identity cards and proper dresses with company’s logo for all the maintenance staff for need of Hospital Security reasons.
