Rates in various tapering steps shall not be considered. 7. The UNIT of measurement for quoting rate of the item/ services specified in the above Price Bid schedule should be noted carefully before quoting rate(s). The unit shall remain un-changed & applicable as per the above schedule and quoted rate shall be considered only as per the above specified unit(s) for purpose of comparison as well as placement of order. The bidder shall be bound to accept the same; else EMD shall be forfeited and if EMD is already exempted, amount equivalent to the EMD required in the tender will have to be deposited to MPPKVVCL Indore otherwise such firm shall be kept disqualified for TWO (2) future tenders of MPPKVVCL for same/similar item(s), reserving rights of other actions as per provisions of the tender & law of contracts. 8. Any variation in rate of GST during contractual delivery period shall be borne by company (Purchaser). 9. Any downward variation in rate of GST beyond contractual delivery period shall be pass on to company and upward variation shall be borne by bidder firm. 10. Input credit has been considered under the provision of relevant act while submitting the above rates. 11. The total amount of individual Category shall be considered as inclusive of all taxes & duties for that item/service no other taxes shall be payable. 12. No column shall be left blank, mentioned zero if not applicable. 13. If user wants to enter any decimal value than please enter as per given example i.e. "0.4" instead of ".4" 14. It may be noted that Payment for works to be performed under this contract shall be released at contracted rates for aforesaid tasks only. Therefore, charges for all other activities to be performed under this contract as per Section SECTION-II (B)-“Scope of Work”, must be included in the rates quoted for above by the service provider. 15. Licence must be CPU based and CPU/ Processor shall be termed as Physical Core instead of virtual CPU (For more details, please refer technical specifications). 16. The evaluation of lowest (L-1) rate is based on total amount computed for each category and bidder must be quoted all line item of that category, if bidder left any item of that particular category will be disqualified. The bidder may participate in individual category or all five categories. If any bidder does quoted wrong/left/mislead rate for any line item of individual category, then their EMD shall be forfeited. 17. Quoted cost for all licenses are inclusive of Annual Technical Support Services from OEM for specified period.
