Earthing: Providing Electrical system system's earthing as per latest IS 3043, and the work shall include the following: Earthing electrodes comprising of GI pipe 40mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5 mtrs long with mesh covered funnel. Digging 300mm dia earthing pits to suitable depth for buring the main electrodes in the pit. The pit shall be filled with alternate layers of salt and charcoal 150mm thick around the pipe to the entire depth. An inspection chamber of 300x300x300mm size shall be constructed with CC 1:3:6 prop. The chamber shall be provided with CI/MS cover hinged to the frame. The Electrical Metering & switching , encloser electrical equipment shall be connected to the earth pit through 4 Sqmm Cu (green) for equipment/PLC earthiing.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with in a lead of 0 -100m with additional lead of 200m by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeding 23cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, breaking clods, formation of bund, breaking clods, sectioning extra watering to OMC and compaction of each layers to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 ton vibratory power roller/short width (+0.90M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel-operated or electrical operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes compaction complete as per specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above upto 1.00 m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel Angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

horizontal bore by pushing / jacking method (trenchless technology method) using contractor’s machineries such as cranes, jacks, jacking materials, generator, welding machineries, compressor, jack hammer and other equipments etc. without interfering and causing any hindrance to the movement of traffic or any other vehicles, without any disturbances to the Railway/ road /canal formation etc including bailing / pumping of water where ever necessary without affecting any installation like water supply pipeline/ telephone cable, electric cables etc. passing nearby area and scooping the earth inside the pipes and pit and depositing the surplus earth in a convenient place and leveling the site after completion of entire work as directed by TWAD Engineers. The rate includes the cost of driving pit, thrust bed/wall and receiving pit to the depth of o mto 5 m excluding the cost of MS pipes

Operation and Maintenance of the Electro Mechanical installations, equipments, components, pipelines valves and appurtenances, water retaining structures including protector of all schemee components from damages/ theft undertaking legal actions for such untoward incidents, preventive maintenance, disinfection and deliverance of water as per quality standards and supply of earmarked quantity of water to the beneficiaries as per Annexure 1.18MLD, carrying out the O&M as per standard operating procedures, Acts and rules in force and as directed by TWAD Board Oficers and excluding cost towards attending leak, burst repair and replacement works to electro mechanical installations consumables for disinfection of water, cleaning of all water retaining structure, electricity etc complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers Totally 430.70 ML (1.18*365)
