Supply, Commissioning & testing of super sucker cum jetting machine with sludge tank capacity min. 5000 litre & fresh water tank capacity of min. 4000 litre., suction depth capacity of approx. 8 meter and total length as per specifications given in Annexure attached and including followings: i) Blower air flow capacity (in m₃/hr) = 4000 m₃/hr (min.) (vacuum capacity of minimum 90%) (Make:-Hibon/Robuschi/Gardner Denver/Aerzen) ii) Sludge tank material = Mild steel (As per IS 2062)/ (Sludge tank should be filled upto 90% at suction depth of 08 mtrs minimum). iii)Engine output/power (kW) at rated RPM = 110 (min.) iv) Vehicle Emission compliance = BS VI (latest) (Diesel) v) Minimum working pressure of jetting pump = 150 bar (min.)(Make:-Bertolini / WOMA /MYERS) Rate are inclusive of all taxes and 01 year comprehensive maintenance including repair, spare parts, servicing, lubricants except diesel.

4 Only those parties who have supplied minimum Three equivalent or higher capacity Vertical Lifts/ Conveyor in last five years to Reputed Dairy Plants/Unions, Government Department, Cooperative Unions or reputed companies are eligible to participate in the tender. Proof of supply and performance report clearly demonstrating above mentioned capacity of machine should be enclosed along with technical bid without which any claim for the said capacity will not be considered.
