M&L for Applying Dr fixit fastflex two component acrylic cementitious coating system over the the concrete/brick/stone masonry surfaces and opening area surrounding pipe outlet/junction/joint area surfaces in kitchen/bath/toilet inside and outside wall as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Apllication procedure : (i) surface of application must be pre-wetted thoroughly with water & brought to a touch dry state. (ii) 1st coat application with a stiff nylon brush. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating. (iii) Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. (iv) 2nd coat to be applied in a direction perpendicular to the 1st coat after 6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, complete all as specified & directed.
