Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of hot water generator capable of delivering a heat output 1,00,000 KCal/Hr using HSD oil with out let temp 90-95 degree celcius and efficiency more than 90% complete in all respect, including following item of work: (a) Heater unit : Heat exchanger, consisting of closely wound, helical, concentric coils, arranged to give adequate No of passes on flue gas and made of ERW tubes, conforming to IS 3059 Part-I, suitable for high temperature all as per manufacturer's design and or required head and capacity. (b) Pressure jet burner : Suitable for light oil firing with stepless modulation mechansim all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity. (c) Combusion air fan with drive motor assembly all as per manufacturer's design and of required head and capacity. (d) Control Panel: Dust protected pre-wired unit mounted air cooled control panel housing a burner management system, switchgear consisting of contactor overload relays, fuses and MCBs etc, all as per manufacturer's design and of required capacity. (e) Circulating pumps. Centrifugal water circulating pumps suitable for high temperature operation coupled with electric motor drive, mounted on common base frame all as per manufactures design and of required head and capacity. (h) Fuel Pump: with drive motor assembly all as per manufacturer's design and of required head and capacity. (j) Oil Line: With duplex filters on fuel line at the inlet of fuel pump. Y strainer on fuel line between fuel pump and burner, non return valve on fuel pump outlet and bypass line, non return valve on modulation and circulation line, fuel oil regulation valves for burner modulation, burner solenoied valve, fuel oil pressure gauge at burner inlet, fuel pressure gauge on bypass line etc all as per manufacture design and required heat and capcity. (k) Burner programmer with matching flame sensor all as per manufacturer's design (l) Hooter mounted on control panel for auidible safety alarm all as per manufacturer's design (m) Temp indicator cum switch for high stack temp alarm for flue gases all as per manufacturer's design.(n) Chimney: 10 mtr heigh chimney above building roof made out of 3mm thick MS sheet including flue gas duct all as per manufacturer's design. (o) Design and installation of Diesal fuel storage tank of capacity 500 ltr made out of 5mm thick MS sheet complete with supply arrangement for topping up of service tank including lifting pump set suitable, control/drain valves complete, all as specified and as directed. (p) Supply and installation of pump set with motor electric driven reciprocating type of 3 HP motor with suction and delivery of size 50x40 mm complete all as specified and directed -2 Nos NOTE:- All interconnections of water lines between storage tank , boiler units, fuel lines interconnection including necessary fittings/ accessories with in plant room is deemed to be with in scope of work.

Scope of work:- 1. To remove the damaged flue gas duct plates from APH leads to chimney, S.A., fan duct, F.D. duct in WIL Boiler and lead to the scrap yard after weighment. 2. Fabrication of flue gas duct plates from APH leads to chimney, S.A. fan duct, F.D. duct new 6 mm M.S. Plate with stiffeners and erection in the dismantled area as per Asst. Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer instructions. 3. After erection proper support to be provided and red oxide paint to be applied & leak to be checked. 4. Approximate weight for the above work is 5 M.T.
