5 Period of Work Give Daviation regarding period of work

Day to day maintenance and upkeeping minor repairing, including replacement of fuses, MCB, terminal blocks, lugs, ferrules, add on contacts, auxilary contactors, auxilary contactors, indication lamps, gland packing, rubber bush, gasket, control cable, push button but excluding major itemss like MCCB, MPCB, SFU, Power contactor, Overload relay, SMPS etc of three nos 50HP capacity centrifugal pumps, submerible pump motor sets at river bed tubewell, sump pump sets, two nos chlorination pump motor set, exhaust fans for chlorination room, one no 150KVA substation with 11KV/415V, 150KVA transformer, 11KV VCB panel, LT panel, HOT crane and other mechanical or electrical installation at clear pump house areas, weeping and cleaning within clear pump house areas with switching on/off of outdoor/indoor lighting etc and all other related electrical or mechanical installation and within the whole water supply scheme area by engaging an electrician and mechanic as and when required and as per direction of EIC.

Daily maintenance and beautification of existing Garden and the vacant place by engaging two number suitable personnel inside the compound including supplying of necessary seasonal flower plants, decorative plants and other fruit plants (if suggested by the Deptt.) Supplying necessary fertilizer, bio-chemical, manure, pesticide, Insecticides etc. as and when necessary including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting, seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning plantation of sapling inside the WTP complex including maintenance of rest room for PHE officials staffs by sweeping, cleaning and maintenance of electrical items as and when required as per direction of EIC.
