Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electric Chain Pulley Block of 5 Ton capacity alongwith allied electromechanical works to be installed at Tube Well Dental College as per following specification:- Electric chain hoist are designed as per IS:- 6547 Capacity:- Hoisting speed Mt/min:- 2Mtr/min HP of the motor:- 2 HP Construction:- Hoist should be of unique modular construction which makes them an ideal choice since each sub assembly is easily accessible individually, thus reducing the time and cost involved in the maintenance. Frame:- The frame is of sturdy design, fabricated from tested steel plates and is welded/bolted type. Gear Box:- Totally enclosed gear box with gears made from EN-9/EN-24, steel and teethed on precision hobbing machine, hardened and tempered. The gears are le and need no further lubrication. Electric Motor:- 3 Phase, 440 volt AC 50 cycles, squirrel cage induction motor. Load Chain:- Conforms to IS:- 6216-1971, Grade 80, Tested, Calibrated and duly heat treated. Brake:- Instant action fail to safe, electromagnetic disc brake are incorporated to ensure maximum safety and reliability in operation. Unit Switch:- Snap action limits switches are used to prevent over hoisting and over lowering. Control Panel:- Totally enclosed dust and moisture proof panel housing with components of standard makes provides control at low voltage for safety of operator. Hooks:- Steel forge conforming to IS:- 8610-1977. Free to rotate and swivel. Test:- Each hoist is tested to 25% over load with conformation to IS:- 6547-1971. Job also include providing, installation, testing and commissioning of MCCB (switch fuse unit) 4 pole of 250 ampere and 95 sq.mm Aluminum armoured cable 3.5 core 10 mtrs. in length with MCCB of 200 ampere (4 pole) for L.T. Control Panel alongwith allied works to be installed at Tube Well Dental College.
