Annual Maintenance Contract of Various Electrical Mechanical Services as per details given in relevent sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower and by arranging required tools and plant etc. to keep all the services operational up to the required standards. A) Services included are:- 1) EI and Fans 2) Lightning conductor 3) Compound Lighting 4) Pumps 5) Sub Station 6) 400 KVA DG Set 7) Earthing stations. Contractors to take all the steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition. B) Minimum Staff required:- a) Wireman Gr. 1 - 02 Nos on all office working days and 01 Nos on all Saturdays (Maintenance of Electrical Installation of office) b) Helper - 02 Nos on all office working days and 01 Nos on all Saturdays ( for electrical maintenance, to help & co-ordinate to wireman / electrician for above services)
